Enhancing leadership effectiveness and ensuring that there are excellent leaders at all levels of the health system are fundamental components of healthcare and healthcare improvement. WA Health’s ongoing commitment to leadership and leadership development was marked in July 2007 with the launch of the Institute for Health Leadership.

The Institute for Health Leadership has designed a number of leadership programs to further develop leadership capacity within WA Health. The Graduate Development Program is one such program and has been providing excellent development opportunities to graduates since 2004

Applications for the 2012 program open on Monday 1 August 2011 and close on Monday 29 August 2011.

Positions will be available within the Perth Metropolitan area and possibly some rural locations. Graduates are employed at HSU Level 3 ($51,474 – $56,455 pa).
